“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”
1 Corinthians 10:31 (NIV)

Do you glorify God with what you eat? With what you drink?

No, I don’t think we glorify God when we eat kale and disappoint him when we eat donuts. But I do think abusing our body hurts us spiritually.

Abusing our body by overeating, undereating, overtraining, undertraining, overstressed, or lazy, intoxication, etc. – doesn’t glorify God at all, in fact it does the opposite.

What is something you can do today for your body that will bring glory to God?

A nice walk, a good healthy meal? A nap?

If you aren’t sure, ask him. Let him lead you to loving your body.

And it will be good.
