Week 6 • Day 4 • Memorize

“If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.”
John 15:7 (NIV)

Joyce Meyer once said, “If God ordered it, God pays for it.”

John 15:7 isn’t about God being Santa Claus. It’s Jesus promising that if we remain faithful followers, connected to the vine at all times, we don’t have to worry about “how” we’ll produce fruit. We don’t have to worry about resources. We don’t have to fear failure. If a vision has been placed in our hearts, we can simply ask for what we need and trust God will take care of it.

I encourage you to memorize this verse so that you speak it over your circumstances whenever you need it. Speak it over the days that are hard. The times you’re uncertain or afraid.

You can ask whatever you wish and God will hear you. He will take care of you.

I can’t promise you’ll get what you want, but I can promise you’ll get exactly what you need to bear the fruit he’s intended for you to bear.

What more do you need?
